MONTVILLE SAUNA FAQ'S

Come hydrated after a light snack, arrive early to allow time for parking. Due to limited space in the sauna, please bring minimal possessions. Dress in a swimsuit, bring a large water bottle, beach footwear and a towel (we no longer provide towels). You'll arrive to a pre-heated sauna with small changing room with fresh water for rinsing and access to private ponds for cold plunging. We'll share a brief orientation and be available on-site should you need anything.

Due to limited space, please bring minimal possessions. Swimsuit (required for all public sessions, optional for private sessions), water bottle, slip-on footwear for outside, and your own towel.

Burrow fits up to 6 people. Perch fits up to 6 people. Log Sauna fits up to 8 people. If one plans enough in advance, the option of renting out all saunas for larger groups is possible.

Our staff recently asked for a tip jar. The answer was obviously a yes. But what they really want is a tip jar filled with money. Each sauna now has a tip jar. We are in the service industry, and while not expected, tips are absolutely appreciated. They do amazing work in extreme conditions to make sure your experience is excellent. Drop ‘em some cash if you want!
