Come hydrated after a light snack, arrive early to allow time for parking. Due to limited space in the sauna, please bring minimal possessions. Dress in a swimsuit, bring a large water bottle, beach footwear and a towel (we no longer provide towels). You'll arrive to a pre-heated sauna with small changing room, fresh water for rinsing, essential oils for steam (löyly), and a cold plunge tub. We'll share a brief orientation and be available on-site should you need anything.

Reef (fka OG mobile sauna) fits up to 4. It is a small, efficient space nestled within a horse trailer. Eddy (fka new mobile sauna) fits up to 6. Eddy is perfect for a larger group, or if you and a couple of friends like taking up ALL of the space to stretch, lay down, and breath. If one plans enough in advance, the option of renting out both saunas for a group of 10 is possible.

No. Reef and Eddy were lovingly crafted by hand and with much intention. For now, we're migrating to different spots along Maine's coast with wild, typically saltwater, cold plunge options.

We're very intentional about when and where the mobile saunas pop-up. If you don't see your desired dates/locations listed we could potentially still be working on the schedule.
