What should I bring to my session?

Due to limited space, please bring minimal possessions. Swimsuit, water bottle, beach footwear. Some people bring their own towel.

How should I prepare?

Come hydrated after a light snack, arrive early to allow time for parking. While a bathroom is available, I'd recommend going before you come.​​

You'll arrive to a pre-heated sauna with small changing room, linen towels, fresh water for rinsing, and essential oils for löyly (steam). We'll share a brief orientation, and be available on-site should you need anything.

How many people does the mobile sauna fit?

Up to 4. It is a small, efficient space nestled within a horse trailer.

What COVID precautions do we take?

The 180° well-ventilated sauna is cleaned and aired out for 15 minutes between groups. We will wear a mask while tending the space. If you're feeling unwell, please get in touch. Full refund will be giving up to 24-hrs notice.

Is the mobile sauna available for private, overnight rentals?"

Not yet. After building the sauna over the last 18 months, it's my baby and I'm taking some time to learn how it wants to be treated first. In the meantime, we'll host pop-ups at various locations.

Are 60-minute sessions only for individuals?

Correct. 60-minute sessions are only for people who come by themselves. Groups of 2+ people are welcome to book a 90-minute session. I find that most groups can't stick to the alotted 60-minutes, therefore I don't have sufficient time to clean the sauna in between groups.
